Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
The intended use for this machine would be primarily gaming, but I will be working at home by creating test virtual labs and doing some offhand coding.
When it comes to games I'll primarily be playing Overwatch, Monster Hunter World (when available), Street Fighter V, and Guild Wars 2.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
For gaming I'll be running at 1900x1080p and would ideally like to hit 60fps with max/close to max details/game settings.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
Ideally I'd like to spend between $1200 and $1600 but this is flexible. I'm more interested in creating a rock solid build with minimal technical issues more than anything.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
USA
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
At the end of the day I'm primarily interested in creating a machine for gaming, virtualization, and coding. I was originally recommended a majority of this build from a friend at work, however it's been a while since I've put a machine together and was hoping to get a few more opinions on the component choices.
I'm not really interested in OC the CPU/GPU and I'm not sure if I need to get a cooler. I'm still also not 100% sure about the case either, and am open to suggestions.
