Do i get DLC or a whole new game?

Yes i know DLC is bs. But if the game is good enough to make me want it, then oh well. Do i get BF1 French DLC or do i get Rainbow Six Siege? Keep mind DLC = $15 and Rainbow Six Siege is $40.
