Hello fellow league players! I bring you the opportunity and chance to partake in a friendly league community that also provides other events outside of inhouses and such, that is on discord!
First Blood is a North America League of Legends Gold+ discord server. On here, lies SLG, as well as other various events ranging from Karoke Nights to Dodgeball & Protect the Staff, and many more! Events are always typically different each week, thus providing a well rounded community. Here's a good look into what are some of the events we provide:
SLG - aka Solo League Gaming, is a modified version of the 5v5s Summoners Rift Solo Queue. Our solo league mods hosts countless of these ranked inhouses, which have their own elo ladder and elo calculation system found within the discord channel. To partake in SLG, you MUST play on your main account which must already have finished the current season's Solo Queue placements. The top two highest ranked in the SLG ladder (NOT Solo Queue), will be crowned captains for the game. Each side will take turn choosing teams in a LCS manner out of the other 8 players who made it into the game.
LFG- aka Looking for Game, is a text channel that's accessible on First Blood. Allowing the players to match make and fill lobbies efficiently, also allows for players to find specific roles and player types. This text channel is used to help find a specific rank/role for a potential Duo Partner for Ranked Solo Queue, finding a five man to fill a game mode, or simply to fill a custom lobby! LFG provides it all!
As a look into this week, we'll have Comedy Night on Wednesday, October 18th at 9pm EST. Comedy Night will contain funny videos and/or movies that will be played on rabbit, that the community gets to suggest. Along with this, we will also have Karoke Night at 9pm EST on Friday, October 20th!
Now, as the name itself states, we all desire to obtain that first blood. So come out here and get it!
